For binary deployments, move release artifacts through your approved offline software channel. Verify checksums and signatures when release signing is available.

Install binaries under /opt/ironroot or /usr/local/bin, configuration under /etc/ironroot, data under /var/lib/ironroot, and PKI material under a restricted /pki or /var/lib/ironroot/pki path.
